This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining clean, welcoming communities. - Maintain the overall cleanliness and physical appearance of the apartment community
- Ensure all common areas, grounds, and public spaces are clean, neat, and attractive
- Complete assigned service requests accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist maintenance and property management teams with daily operations as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures and hazard communication guidelines
- Promote safe work practices at all times
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and visitors
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall team effort
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in work performance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good verbal and basic written communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Experience
- No prior porter, groundskeeping, or janitorial experience required
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or janitorial work is a plus, but not required
