Fairfield Inn & Suites O'Fallon, Il in O Fallon, IL is looking for one Night Audit agent to join our 35 person strong team. We are located on 1180 Central Park Drive. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.

Schedule:

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 3–4 shifts per week

Responsibilities

• Run nightly audit and balance daily transactions
• Complete end-of-day reports
• Perform guest check-ins/outs and assist with reservations
• Monitor property safety and complete nightly walks
• Address guest needs and resolve issues
• Assist with the morning breakfast set up.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
• Follow brand standards and procedures

Qualifications

• Customer service or hotel experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently overnight
• Reliable and punctual
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication skills
• High school diploma/GED preferred
