Position: Validation Technician / Manufacturing Technician (Entry Level)
Experience Required: 0–3 years
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated entry-level technician to support testing and manufacturing activities in an automotive environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new equipment, and collaborating with engineering teams. Experience with tensile/elongation testing or fixture building is a strong plus—but not required.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and perform protector-related testing following automotive specifications
- Operate test equipment, environmental chambers, and basic power tools
- Record and organize test data accurately to support engineering teams
- Help maintain project timelines by supporting test activities
- Assist with equipment calibration and updating work instructions
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
What We’re Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in testing, manufacturing, or a similar technical environment
- Exposure to tensile/elongation testers or fixture building is a plus
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
