Assists with activities to gather and document product requirements relevant to certification, configuration, data and data management and engineering processes. Assists with plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control. Gathers data to assist in monitoring adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements; assists with audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirements. Provides assistance relevant to certification plans, integrated process architecture infrastructures, process models, product structure definitions and/or data requirements/data management processes. Works under supervision.
Day to day:
Assist Configuration Management (CM) Lead to Develop, document and implements plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control.
Assist management in achieving, at lowest total life cycle cost, the required performance, realistic schedule, operational efficiency, logistic support, and readiness of TS configuration items (CI's).
Administer the application of CM disciplines throughout affected program performing organizations.
Publish, implement, and administer CM procedures.
Ensure the preparation and update of configuration records in fulfillment of PWS requirements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Microsoft office (Microsoft Access and Excel)
- proficient experience with computers (need to be savvy and know how to work a computer)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Data management
- Scanning and uploading (documents, CDs, etc.)
- This is an entry level role, 1-2 years' experience preferred but some training will be provided to get the contractor up to speed on Client's systems.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 2 years' related work experience).
WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
ADDITIONAL:
Some possible Overtime.
