FriendsOffice is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, placing orders, and resolving technical issues, through phone, email and chats on a daily basis. As a team member, you will receive inbound inquiry calls as well as make out bound selling calls to assist in growing the business. This position is looking for individuals who enjoy building relationships with people via the phone, maintains a positive demeanor, are passionate in doing a great job and are wanting to be a part of a winning team!
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Place daily orders, develop quotes
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Ability to support the Sales Team in growing sales via outbound calls
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and software knowledge; Microsoft office/Excel a plus
- College education preferred, or 1-2 years of experience
