Looking for Mature Candidates to Join our Team

Crew Members deliver friendly customer service, prepare food and smoothies, and help keep the café clean, safe, and organized.

General Accountabilities

What You’ll Do

Greet customers and take orders accurately
Prepare smoothies and food items to brand standards
Answer menu questions and make suggestions
Serve guests quickly and thank them for coming in
Maintain clean work areas, equipment, and dining spaces
Wash dishes, blenders, and utensils
Restock supplies and prep ingredients as needed
Follow food safety, sanitation, and FIFO procedures
Support opening, mid-shift, and closing duties
Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

No experience required (training provided)
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player who follows directions and procedures
Reliable and detail-oriented
