Position Overview:
As part of the leadership team you're a driving force behind our vibrant community. Your role is essential in growing our family culture, driving enrollment, hiring team members and ensuring our Montessori Inspire curriculum shines (Montessori + Play Based Learning)
Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to teaching staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that nurtures intellectual, social, emotional, and physical growth in young children.
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate teaching staff, ensuring high-quality instruction and their professional growth.
- Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and implement health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with parents and families, building strong relationships and a sense of community within the preschool.
- Manage administrative tasks, including enrollment, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive environment valuing diversity and promoting children's strengths and needs.
- Organize events, workshops, and parent-teacher conferences for parent engagement and information sharing.
- Stay current with best practices in early childhood education, making data-driven decisions to enhance program quality.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher in Child Development or related field.
- Leadership experience in early childhood education.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for Montessori Inspire education.
- Bonus: Teaching experience, admissions/admin background, Montessori experience.
