Coach Elliot Allen is an online sports nutrition coaching business helping youth and high school athletes gain size, strength, and performance the right way. We work with the whole family, athlete and parents together, and have coached 450+ athletes in person and online. We're a small, fast-moving remote team and we're growing.

The Role
\n
We're looking for a remote Appointment Setter / Triage Caller to be the first voice our leads hear. Parents apply through our ads and social media, and your job is to reach out fast, have a real conversation, figure out if they're a good fit, and get qualified families booked on a sales call with Coach Elliot.

\n
What You'll Do:
\n
\n
• Call and text new applicants quickly
\n
• Triage leads: confirm the athlete's age, sport, goals, and the family's fit for the program
\n
• Book qualified families onto sales calls and confirm appointments until they show up to their call
\n
• Work DMs and follow up with leads who haven't responded or booked
\n
• Keep every lead updated in our CRM with clear notes on where you left off
\n
• Communicate daily with Coach Elliot on lead status and priorities
\n
\n
What We're Looking For:

\n
• Experience in appointment setting, sales support, or any phone/client-facing role
\n
• Comfortable talking with parents, friendly but confident, not pushy
\n
• Fast responder who follows up consistently
\n
• Organized and detail-oriented with notes and scheduling
\n
• Comfortable with CRMs, calendars, texting, and Slack
\n
• Reliable internet and a quiet place to take calls
\n
• Bonus: background in sports, coaching, or youth athletics
\n

• Fully remote, contract role
\n
• Compensation: 5% commission on every closed deal from calls you set, plus performance bonuses
\n
• Hours: Set Monday through Friday schedule, plus enough weekend flexibility to reach qualified leads as they come in
