Inontime is seeking a Mobile Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this autonomous role, you will be responsible for driving a mobile maintenance vehicle locally to perform maintenance and repairs on our fleet of trailers as needed. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on independence and enjoys the hands-on work of keeping a fleet running smoothly.

Moreover, we offer a premium of $2.95/hour for full-time team members working between 6 pm and 5 am, including all hours worked on Saturday, though this role is primarily during the day.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a fully equipped mobile maintenance vehicle shop truck to various local sites to perform maintenance and repairs on trailers.
- Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and execute repairs on fleet trailers to ensure they are safe and operational.
- Work autonomously to manage your schedule and prioritize repairs based on fleet needs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and ensure timely communication with the Fleet Operations Supervisor.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
Schedule:
- Work four 11-hour days, Monday through Thursday, on the first shift, allowing you to enjoy a consistent work-life balance with three days off each week.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in heavy-duty equipment maintenance and repair, particularly with trailers is preferred.
- Certifications in brakes, suspension and electrical needed. Training available.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work a Wednesday through Saturday schedule.
