Key Responsibilities Legal Manager, Executive & Partnership Operations
- Serve as a strategic operational partner to senior leadership, supporting the Office of Executive & Partnership Resources and reporting to the Partnership Resources Manager.
- Own and manage updates to global Equity and Non-Equity Partner Manuals, ensuring accuracy, governance alignment, and consistency with firm strategy.
- Oversee the annual calendar and logistics for Partner and Executive Committee meetings, including maintenance of governance documentation and leadership assignments.
- Lead the planning and execution of global partner meetings and orientations, managing vendors, budgets, contracts, and event technology platforms.
- Optimize office-wide processes and workflows, ensuring seamless coordination across talent, partnership, and strategic growth teams.
- Partner with Legal Talent and Partnership Resources to maintain policies, records, and tracking systems for partner and counsel leaves, transfers, and relocations.
- Drive special projects and new initiatives that enhance operational excellence and support firm-wide strategic objectives.
Requirements for Legal Manager, Executive & Partnership Operations
- 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, project management, or executive support within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong background supporting senior leadership or partnership-level stakeholders, ideally in an Am Law 100 or global firm setting.
- Proven ability to manage complex, confidential matters with sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable independently managing multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel; experience with event management platforms (e.g., Cvent) strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across all levels of an organization.
