Job Description

Join our thriving team at the Law Office of Adriane S. Grace, PLLC, where you'll play a pivotal role in helping clients create meaningful legacies with confidence and Grace. As an Estate Planning Attorney, you'll bring your 8+ years of experience in estate planning, with a focus on tax and business planning, to a collaborative and supportive environment. We value integrity, empathy, and transparent communication, and are seeking a self-starter who thrives in a small-firm setting. Here, your contributions matter, and you'll have the opportunity to build your reputation alongside like-minded professionals.

Our firm offers a collegial and inclusive work environment, welcoming diverse backgrounds and new ideas. With supportive leadership, you'll receive the administrative, marketing, and operational support needed to focus on the clients. We prioritize work-life harmony, ensuring you enjoy personal time off with a structure that includes competitive compensation, base pay, health benefits, and more. If you're ready to grow with a firm that values your contributions, let's connect. Your success is our success!

In addition to a compensation package that rewards you for your work and talent, we offer PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, disability benefits, and 401(k) matching.

Compensation:

$150,000 - $175,000+

Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on estate planning, tax, and business succession strategies.
  • Draft and review complex estate planning documents (must have experience with not only revocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, etc., but also complex irrevocable trusts for gift, charitable, and tax planning).
  • Counsel clients on wealth transfer, charitable giving, and asset-protection planning.
  • Oversee trust and estate administration matters, as needed.
  • Collaborate with firm partners on business development and firm growth initiatives.
  • Manage and grow your own client relationships with firm support and shared resources.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school; active law license in Texas, free from any state bar investigations; licensure in a second jurisdiction preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in estate planning, tax, or related business planning practice.
  • Experience counseling high-net-worth clients preferred.
  • Partial book of business or established referral sources required.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and client management skills.
  • High comfort level with technology (aside from the paper estate plans we produce, we are a paper-free law firm with all files and documents being electronically maintained, accessed, and stored in the cloud).
  • Growth mindset and desire to be part of a growing law firm.
