- n:Experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate delivery of a Call Center Transformation initiative centered on implementation of the NICE CXone platform and integration with Salesforce and Snowflake to support a unified customer experience and enterprise analytics capabilitie
- s.Accountable for end-to-end program governance, including detailed project planning, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, and coordination across vendor, client, and third-party team
- s.Manage all integration dependencies between NICE CXone, Salesforce Service Cloud, on-premises services, and Snowflake data pipeline
- s.Ensure alignment with defined architecture, data models, business requirements, and integration standard
- s.Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and maintain delivery timelines across multiple stakeholders and team
- s.Provide regular executive-level status reporting, including project progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plan
- s.Proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting project scope, schedule, quality, and overall deliver
- y.Drive collaboration across business, technology, and data teams to ensure successful project executio
- n.Prior experience delivering large-scale Contact Center or Customer Experience (CX) platform transformation program
- s.Experience with SaaS platform implementations and complex enterprise system integration
- s.Demonstrated ability to operate within a governed enterprise delivery framewor
- k.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across business, technology, vendor, and third-party team
- s.Preferred: Hands-on experience with the NICE CXone platfor
