Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack Ruby on Rails)
Location: 100% remote (though you must live in the US)
Compensation: Up to 152k base (possibility for some wiggle room) + bonus + full benefits

What You Will Be Doing
- Designing and delivering scalable, production grade features for a large coordination and case management platform
- Driving architectural discussions and ensuring long term system maintainability
- Improving API and database performance, especially for high volume data scenarios
- Translating regulatory and workflow complexity into clear, effective technical solutions
- Providing mentorship, thoughtful code reviews, and clear technical documentation
What You Need For the Position
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong expertise with Ruby on Rails, including MVC patterns, Active Record, and API development
- Front end experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and modern frameworks (React preferred but NOT required)
- Solid experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, including schema design and tuning
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and public cloud environments
- Strong testing habits and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code
- Understanding of service oriented architecture and REST based systems
