Baker Valley Floors, a FloorWorks Group Company, is a locally owned flooring store serving Plymouth, NH, and the surrounding communities. We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Associate who enjoys helping people and providing outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers into our showroom and help them find the right flooring for their home or business.
- Learn about our flooring products and confidently guide customers through their options.
- Prepare quotes, process sales, and assist customers throughout their buying experience.
- Follow up with customers and leads to answer questions and build lasting relationships.
- Help keep our showroom clean, organized, and inviting.
- Work with our team to provide an exceptional customer experience every day.
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Friendly, positive, and professional communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
No Flooring Experience? No Problem!
If you have customer service experience, enjoy working with people, and are comfortable using a computer, we’ll teach you everything you need to know about flooring. Our goal is to help you learn, grow, and succeed.
Schedule
This is a full-time position. The showroom is open Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and this role may include occasional Saturday shifts. Everyone Is Encouraged to Apply!
