We are seeking five dedicated and detail-oriented Surgical Technologists to join the surgical services team in Beckley, West Virginia. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who have completed a Surgical Technologist training program and are eager to contribute to safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care in an operating room environment.
The Surgical Technologist will work closely with surgeons, Registered Nurses, anesthesia professionals, and other members of the surgical team to prepare operating rooms, maintain sterile environments, and assist with surgical procedures.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Successful completion of a Surgical Technologist course or training program
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Understanding of sterile techniques, infection prevention, and operating room safety practices
- Ability to prepare surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to patient safety
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow established surgical protocols and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a Surgical Technologist in a hospital or surgical center
- Experience assisting with surgical procedures in an operating room environment
- Familiarity with surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile processing procedures
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques, surgical counts, and infection prevention standards
- Experience preparing operating rooms and maintaining sterile surgical fields
- Familiarity with general surgery, orthopedic surgery, or other surgical specialties
- Strong ability to anticipate the needs of surgeons and operating room personnel
- National Surgical Technologist certification, such as Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a motivated Surgical Technologist who has completed an appropriate training course, holds a High School Diploma, and possesses current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.

Compensation
$50,000 – $65,000 annually
Compensation within the listed range will be determined based on the candidate's additional surgical technology expertise, relevant clinical experience, specialized training, professional certifications, and overall alignment with the position.
