We are a locally owned and operated retail shop.
Looking for someone who has a mind for business and a knack for leadership. Experience is second to attitude and willingness to succeed.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring excellent levels of sales & service and customer experience.
- Understands small business and assists in driving business growth and productivity.
- Being knowledgeable on all products as well as keeping up with and teaching team product knowledge continually.
- Being personally accountable for operational processes and procedures for self and team.
- Maintaining personal and shop team productivity and Sales goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Builds professional relationships with every customer and potential customer.
- Ability to learn, maintain and share expertise of products, industry and trends.
- Contributes to a positive, productive and passionate work environment every shift.
- Assists in local marketing and social media.
- Has a can do attitude.
- Needs to be able to work evenings and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of retail leadership experience preferred.
- Knows how to lead a team and manage their productivity.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about people and customer service.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Must have good communication skills via multiple channels with individuals as well as groups of people.
- Disciplined and focused on results and operational excellence
- Must be proactive and Initiate completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
- Computer skills are necessary.
