Qualifications
Required Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Behavioral Criteria: Human Resources may substitute Behavioral Criteria: directly related professional experience for required education on a 1:1 basis.
Required Experience:
Minimum: Four (4) years’ experience working within a Windows Server and an Active Directory environment, or a Cisco Systems networking infrastructure. Person must also have a minimum of one year experience working within at least two of the following disciplines; Windows Server Management, Server Virtualization, Citrix, Microsoft Exchange, System Center Configuration Manager, Storage Area Networks (SAN), Network Addressable Storage (NAS), and/or Local Area Networks and Wide Area Networks.
Required Certification/License/Registry:
Industry Certifications attained from one or more primary technology vendors; e.g. Cisco, Microsoft, Vmware, Citrix, EMC, IBM. One certification may be a credential from one or more industry credentialing vendors e.g. CompTia, etc.
Preffered:
- At least 1 year of experience in three or more of the following:
- Server Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Citrix
- Microsoft Exchange
- System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Storage Area Networks (SAN)
- Network Addressable Storage (NAS)
- LAN/WAN networking
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Industry certifications from two or more primary vendors (Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Citrix).

Responsibilities
This position works as a member of the Technical Operations team to install, support and maintain server, storage and networking systems. Responsible for ensuring the server, network and storage environment is up to date with the most recent system patches and security updates. They ensure that all systems are monitored and plan for and respond to service outages and other problems. To be successful in this position one must be highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position requires working knowledge and experience in at least two the following areas: Windows Server Management, Active Directory, Server Virtualization, Exchange Administration, Storage Networks, Citrix, various UNIX OS (Linux , AIX) and Local Network Connectivity and Wide Area Connectivity. This position will be required to serve in an on-call rotation.
- The Network Analyst III serves as a resource within TMH’s Technical Operations team. This role is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise-level server, storage, and networking systems to ensure high availability, security, and compliance. Required Azure experience for the design, operation, and database administration of hybrid infrastructure environments, including Azure and on-premises systems. The position requires advanced troubleshooting skills and leadership in guiding junior staff and coordinating complex infrastructure projects

Key Responsibilities
- System Administration & Maintenance:
- Manage Windows Server and Active Directory environments, including patching and updates.
- Oversee virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage systems (SAN/NAS).
- Ensure compliance with TMH security policies and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Monitoring & Incident Response:
- Monitor system performance and availability; respond to outages and security incidents promptly.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Automation & Optimization:
- Develop scripts for automation of routine tasks and system monitoring.
- Optimize infrastructure for efficiency and scalability.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for IT leadership.
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and procedures.
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Provide technical guidance to Network Analysts and junior administrators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical and business operations.
