Toshiba America Business Solutions is a leader in digital technology — from equipment and digital displays to document security and software solutions. We're looking for a Field Service Technician to join our Honolulu team.
\n
In this role, you'll be the face of Toshiba for our customers keeping their office equipment running smoothly through on-site maintenance, service, and repair.
\n
What You'll Do

- \n
- Provide on-site maintenance, service, and repairs
- Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, and retrofits
- Deliver product training to customers
- Manage field calls by priority with effective time management
- Rebuild components at the shop
- Continuously develop your technical skills

\nQualifications\nField Service Technician I (Minimum 1 year experience)\n
- \n
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following:\n
- \n
- Technical repair, service & installation of copier/office equipment (preferred)
- Technical service or repair of Photo ID systems, printers, ID Badge, or Fingerprint equipment
- Mechanical/low voltage device support (military service, cable installation, electrical, automotive, or mechanical repair)

- Advanced education, certifications, or internships may substitute for experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs; comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
- Valid driver's license
\n

\nField Service Technician II (Minimum 3 years experience)\n
- \n
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following:\n
- \n
- Technical repair, service & installation of copier/office equipment (preferred)
- Technical service or repair of Photo ID systems, printers, or ID Badge equipment
- Mechanical/low voltage device support (military service, cable installation, electrical, automotive, or mechanical repair)
