What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a General Manager to help lead Van’s Pig Stand into its next chapter of success. This role is ideal for an ambitious, team-oriented leader who can balance hands-on restaurant management with strategic oversight. As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with ownership and the management team to uphold Van’s long-standing reputation while driving growth, developing staff, and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest experience and efficiency.

Leading, developing, and mentoring management and crew teams.

Supporting recruitment, training, and performance management.

Ensuring food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.

Managing financial performance, including labor, inventory, and cost controls.

Partnering with ownership on long-term goals, community engagement, and strategic growth opportunities.

Acting as a culture leader, carrying forward Leroy “Van” Vandergrift’s vision of hospitality and quality.
