Summary: This position will work on building, installing, repairing, and monitoring the computer systems for our customers. This position will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Include the following; other duties may be assigned.
- Install and configure software and computer systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
- Maintaining and repairing technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices
- Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.
- Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
- Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues and keep records of repairs and fixes for future references.
Skills and Qualifications
· Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
· Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.
· Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions, fix issues and ensure functionality
· Ability to travel domestically and internationally – 10-30% of work time
