Job Title - Maintenance Technician

About Position: Responsible for day-to-day maintenance service requests, including general maintenance, preventive maintenance and repairs for a multi-site organization. Includes minor repairs of electrical, plumbing, carpentry. The Maintenance Worker responds to request in a professional and adheres to safety protocols. Travel to all locations is required.
- Work Location: FLOAT (All PHS Sites)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Travel: As Needed To All Sites
Duties/ Responsibilities -
- Performs general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned, including installations and repairs involving plumbing and electrical equipment, carpentry work, painting, and equipment repair.
- Oversees contract work for repairs beyond the scope of light maintenance.
- Repairs walls, floor coverings, doors, and wood work.
- Maintains and accurately completes service requests; including general maintenance and preventive

- Ensures sites adhere to all fire and life safety measures and controls such as HVAC filters, exit lights, fire extinguishers, alarm systems etc. Inspect units for problems
- Check light bulbs and replacing as necessary
- Check exterior door latches for proper operation
- Respond to minor emergencies timely
- Performs annual inspections of the facilities
- Adheres to all safety and security procedures and documents safety issues
- Assess property damage and file property damage claims in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications -
Education: High School graduate/GED with experience in general maintenance . Valid driver’s license with clean record.
Required:
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull equipment and/or furniture.
Immunizations: Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date prior to beginning employment
Pay Range: $20.48/Hourly - $27.52/Hourly (commensurate with years of experience)
