Job Description

Job DescriptionYour Day, Engineered for Impact

Before the first shift ramps up, you’re walking the line—listening for the hum that says the conveyors are aligned, the pumps are balanced, and the motors are ready. By mid-morning, a pneumatic actuator needs attention; by afternoon, you’ve fine-tuned a gear train and updated the maintenance log so the next run goes off without a hitch. This is reliability in action—and it’s where you excel.

What You’ll Own

  • Reliability & Uptime: Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective repairs across production machinery, equipment, and building systems to keep throughput steady.
  • Diagnosis Across Disciplines: Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to reduce downtime and improve safety.
  • Precision Work: Install, align, adjust, and maintain components such as bearings, gears, belts, motors, pumps, and conveyor systems.
  • Technical Understanding: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and work orders to plan and execute work efficiently.
  • Documentation & Parts: Keep accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and manage spare parts inventory for fast response.
  • Partnership with Production: Collaborate with operators and supervisors to tackle equipment concerns and minimize operational disruption.
  • Safety Leadership: Follow and enforce safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
  • Facility Support: Assist with HVAC, plumbing, and general building repairs as needed to support a safe, efficient site.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Proficiency with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely.
  • Basic welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.

Why This Role Matters

Every well-timed repair and every accurate adjustment protect our people, our schedule, and our quality. If building reliable systems and solving complex equipment problems motivates you, you’ll feel at home here.
