<p>We have an immediate need for a Litigation Paralegal at a leading law firm conveniently located in Long Island. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity.</p>
<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3-5+ years’ of experience in defense litigation</li>
<li>Familiar with court filings and daily time entry billing requirements,</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Office and LexisNexis</li>
<li>Must be able to serve and respond to discovery, handle records, prepare documents, schedule depositions and medical exams, and provide other paralegal support to attorney team.</li>
<li>A Certificate in Paralegal Studies from an ABA approved organization or a bachelor’s degree is required.</li>
</ul>
