What We're Looking For:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completed or in process
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current and valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping children succeed
- Ability to work on-site in a full-time capacity; openness to travel assignments encouraged
What You'll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services to elementary and/or secondary students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records, track student progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide education and guidance to families and school staff regarding communication disorders
