What you’ll tackle

  • Assemble electro-mechanical components and complete systems per drawings, specs, and work instructions.
  • Perform quality checks and basic functional tests to verify performance and compliance.
  • Diagnose build issues and partner with Engineering and Quality to resolve them quickly.
  • Keep your bench organized, follow safety standards, and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Document each step of the process and maintain accurate build records.
  • Join in continuous improvement efforts to streamline builds and enhance reliability.

What we’ll look for

  • HS diploma or GED required; technical training/certifications are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience assembling electro-mechanical products or similar equipment.
  • Solid grasp of mechanical and electrical principles.
  • Confidence reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Proficiency with standard hand tools and assembly gear.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical, problem-solving mindset.
  • Team player with clear communication skills.
  • High finger dexterity for precise work with small parts.
  • Process-oriented, patient, and able to focus while working independently.
