You've closed deals in living rooms before. Insurance, solar, security, financial services. If you know how to build rapport in the first five minutes and guide a client to a decision, you already have the hardest skill to teach. At 3 Day Blinds, you'll meet with homeowners who have already requested a consultation. You show up, consult on custom window treatments, and close. One visit. No cold calling.


What You'll Do

  • Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes for design consultations
  • Recommend custom window treatments that fit their style, needs, and budget
  • Close the sale in a single appointment
  • Manage your territory and build a referral network for additional income
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first call to installation


Who You Are

  • Experienced in consultative or in-home sales (insurance, solar, HVAC, real estate, auto)
  • Confident presenting to homeowners and comfortable working independently
  • Motivated by uncapped earning potential and excited to control your income
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage a full appointment schedule
  • Open to working evenings and at least one weekend day


What We Offer

  • Uncapped commission with strong earning potential ($70K to $110K+ average)
