Job Description:
We are looking for a Web Development Team Lead - Quality Control Checker to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across all web development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and assessing websites to ensure they adhere to client specifications, our company's SOP, and branding guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough quality control checks on under-construction websites to ensure they meet client requests, project requirements, and company standards.

Ensure written copy is accurate, relevant, and aligns with the client's brand messaging.

Review websites for consistency in design, functionality, and branding, ensuring they match the client's vision.

Communicate with the web development team to provide feedback, coaching, and guidance on areas for improvement.

Conduct final reviews and approvals before site launch, ensuring all content and design elements are properly aligned with client expectations.
Qualifications:

Experience in graphic design, with an eye for detail and a strong understanding of web design principles and best practices.

Excellent proofreading skills and ability to ensure all written content is accurate, clear, and on-brand.

Strong communication skills to provide constructive feedback and coaching to web developers.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
