CNA Responsibilities
-
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including meals, hydration, turning, repositioning, and ambulation
-
Provide personal hygiene and comfort care
-
Assist residents with feeding and nutritional supplements
-
Monitor residents and report changes or concerns to nursing staff
-
Document food and fluid intake and care provided
-
Help maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living areas
-
Transport residents throughout the facility as needed
-
Support nurses and other members of the care team with resident needs
-
Follow facility policies, professional standards, and state and federal regulations

Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times
CNA Qualifications

Current CNA certification/license
-
Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a healthcare setting preferred

Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident care

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to provide safe, respectful, and patient-centered care
