About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our residential installation team. The ideal candidate is a skilled, dependable HVAC professional who can confidently work independently on residential job sites from start to finish.
This position is best suited for someone who has extensive hands-on experience installing residential HVAC systems and can take ownership of a job without needing constant supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of independent residential HVAC installation experience
- Proven ability to independently complete residential HVAC installations
- Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to read and follow installation specifications and job requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot installation issues and make sound decisions in the field
- Comfortable working independently and managing the job site
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, professional, and able to communicate effectively with homeowners and team members
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Lead and complete residential HVAC installations from start to finish
- Properly install heating, cooling, and related HVAC equipment
- Ensure installations meet company quality standards and applicable codes
- Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues in the field
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding the installation process
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are properly handled and maintained
- Complete required installation documentation and job paperwork
- Work independently while maintaining productivity, quality, and professionalism
