Comp: Base $150-170k + 25% bonus + VERY generous stocks totaling up to $350k!

What You Will Be Doing

  • Diagnose and determine root causes of issues in PCIe switch products, working closely with firmware, software, hardware, and board design teams to deliver solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance to OEM and cloud customers on integrating PCIe switches into GPU, AI/ML, storage, and custom system designs, including architecture, schematic, and layout reviews.
  • Analyze firmware, driver, OS, BMC logs, and PCIe protocol traces to identify issues; develop debug tools as needed.
  • Create and maintain customer-facing product documentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners to support joint customers.
  • Train field teams on PCIe switch features and usage.
  • Develop tools and processes to improve debugging efficiency and customer experience.
  • Coordinate software releases with development teams and support DevOps in integrating fixes and producing release notes.
  • Maintain lab equipment, inventory, and workspace organization.
  • Represent PCIe switch products at industry events.
  • Travel occasionally, including international travel.

What You Need For The Position

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or related field plus 8 years of relevant experience or Masters Degree in Computer Engineering or related field plus 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with protocol level PCIe debugging
  • Proficiency with firmware, software and hardware
  • Strong experience with C code
  • System level experience, drivers, BIOS etc...
