Job Summary
We are seeking experienced HR, Learning & Development Experts to review, reconstruct, and enhance executive-level business presentations. You will apply your HR and L&D expertise alongside advanced PowerPoint skills to improve slide content, data visualization, visual storytelling, and presentation quality.
No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconstruct business slides from images using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Improve slide layouts, content structure, data visualization, and visual storytelling.
- Edit and refine content while maintaining accurate HR and L&D terminology, definitions, and context.
- Review presentations related to organization design, talent development, workforce planning, training, compensation, and benefits.
- Strengthen message hierarchy, supporting evidence, titles, and exhibit selection.
- Document key changes and explain the reasoning behind improvements and retained elements.
- Deliver assignments within flexible, sprint-based project timelines.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Workforce Strategy, or related fields.
- Strong experience creating or reviewing executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
- Advanced presentation design, slide reconstruction, and data visualization skills.
- Strong understanding of HR and L&D concepts, terminology, and business practices.
- Excellent content-editing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to clearly explain presentation and design decisions.
- Ability to work independently in a project-based environment.
- AI training, evaluation, or rubric-writing experience is a plus, but not required.
