Pasadena, MD | Starting at $22.00/hr + $1/hr overnight premiumDash In, a Wills Group company and Great Place to Work Certified™, is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience at our Gas Station in Pasadena, Maryland.What You’ll Do:
- Support daily operations and drive profitable sales
- Lead and coach team members to success
- Ensure top-tier customer service
- Assist with inventory, staffing, and financial performance
- Step in as the leader when the Store Manager is away
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience (retail or foodservice preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Customer-first mindset and team leadership skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus!)
