We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team in Needham, MA. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and systems to meet the needs of our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Conduct code reviews, debug issues, and make enhancements to existing software systems
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
- Continuously improve software development processes and tools to enhance productivity and quality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in software development and programming
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with databases such as SQL or NoSQL
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
- Experience in Agile development methodologies
