Harrisburg, PA | Retail Operations Regional Manager | Full-time
We are actively hiring Retail Operations Regional Managers for a nationally recognized client. This is a direct placement role that includes relocation support, tailored to fit each candidate's family and lifestyle needs. Ideal candidates are high-performing leaders with a proven track record in multi-unit regional retail management, ready to take charge of high-volume, multi-department operations. Before final placement, selected candidates will complete a 6-month training program designed to ensure long-term success.

Responsibilities:
- Own the financial performance (P&L) across multiple retail units, including forecasting, sales analysis, and KPI management
- Lead cross-functional teams with a hands-on, lead from the front approach
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring brand standards, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness
- Conduct routine evaluations of store operations, staffing levels, and throughput across departments such as fuel, food service, and hospitality
- Coach and develop store managers, promote internal talent, and support succession planning
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and marketing to align district operations with corporate growth initiatives
- Utilize dashboard analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance and compliance
- Travel regularly across assigned regions (typically 9-12 locations), with onsite visits Tuesday-Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays
