In-Home Sales Representative

Sales Representative
This is a full-time outside sales position where your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners.
You are not responsible for generating your own leads. Prior to your first interaction, 80% of the work has already been done through our thorough pre-qualification process—setting you up for success from the start.
Your primary focus will be on in-home presentations and closing sales. We handle everything else, from order processing to post-sale support.
Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad

Participate in ongoing weekly sales training

Design bath solutions using our software

Present pricing and close sales on a daily basis
Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Confident public speaker with strong presentation ability

Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented

Ability to work independently

Outgoing and comfortable in social settings

Previous in-home sales experience preferred

Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or Experience in the bath remodeling or home improvement industry strong plus
