Job Description

- Accurately check patients in upon arrival, update and verify inusrances
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and confirm appointments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as prescription refills, prior authorizations, pre-certifications, referrals
- Provide general information to clients or customers
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Job Requirements
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is an asset
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients or customers
