We are looking for a motivated Machine Operator / General Laborer to join our crew. In this role, you will keep our Planer Mill running smoothly and safely every single day.
What You Will Do

• Operate and Care for Equipment: Work with essential mill machinery, including the stacker, debarking, edging, packing, and wrapping equipment.
• Keep Things Moving: Handle general labor tasks such as stacking, packaging, and wrapping lumber.
• Maintain a Clean Workspace: Keep the mill clean and organized to ensure a safe work area for everyone.
• Communicate Clearly: Spot any equipment issues early and report them right away to the Mill Supervisor.
• Focus on Quality: Watch production closely to ensure our lumber meets top quality standards.
