Job Summary & Essential Functions: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Volex Servatron, a leading electronic manufacturer. The ideal candidate will support our program management team activities, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Collecting and Entering Data: Manage all purchase orders, purchase order changes, and customer forecasts.

Order and Quote Review: Review all customer orders and quotes by analyzing financial data and ensuring timely entry of order information.

Item Number Creation: Create item numbers and associated program data and classifications in accordance with corporate policy.

Communication: Maintain accuracy and ensure timely communication for both internal and external stakeholders.

Customer Requirements Review: Conduct comprehensive initial reviews of customer requirements in accordance with standing agreements and contracts.

Export Compliance: Provide initial reviews of Export Compliance adherence, including ITAR/EAR assessments.

Continuous Improvement: Identify, promote, and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement.

Reporting: Process and run reports as needed to support Program Management activities.

Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned or required by the position.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Software (e.g., MS Planner, Teams, Office 365, Excel).
  • Basic understanding of electronic manufacturing processes is a plus.

· Minimum High School education with up to a two-year degree in Business and/or related courses or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. On-the-job training may be utilized.


Qualifications – Preferred

· ERP/MRP Systems preferred.

· Project Management Software (e.g., MS Planner, MS Projects)

· Previous work in the Electronic Manufacturing industry

· Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

· Experience with Agile

· Knowledge of SQL databases, and SharePoint

· Experience in lean manufacturing process
