Compensation:

$97,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying potential clients and building lasting relationships.
  • Participate in property showings, ensuring clients have a positive experience.
  • Support the negotiation process to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on real estate market trends.
  • Utilize company-provided tools and systems to streamline client interactions.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating your ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members.
  • Proven track record of being a self-starter, showing initiative and motivation in previous roles.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, embracing new tools and strategies to enhance client interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared goals and success.
