Executive Legal Secretary
Salary: $100,000-$120,000 (DOE)
Location: Downtown Oakland, CA
We are a record-setting plaintiffs' firm where bold litigation meets a mission to protect consumer and civil rights nationwide hiring an Executive Legal Secretary to provide high-level legal and administrative support directly to the firm's senior partner.
This role requires at least 5 years of experience supporting senior leadership in a legal setting and demands exceptional discretion, initiative, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct support to senior partner including legal document drafting
- Executive-level calendar and travel management
- Coordination of meetings, calls, and litigation prep
- High-level communication and task prioritization
