Location: Medina

Pay: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or 6:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

A day in this role

You arrive, review production goals, and gear up with PPE. Your morning begins in the rows, following proven harvesting methods to protect product quality and maximize yield. Mid‑shift, you move to pack‑out—verifying weights, inspecting appearance, and applying labels so they are straight and accurate. Throughout the day, you monitor cleanliness, document output, and keep materials organized so the next task is always ready. When needed, you jump in to transplant, clean systems, or support farm sanitation. Before clocking out, you sweep your area, run a motorized floor scrubber, and reset for tomorrow’s targets.

What you will do

  • Package finished products with precise weights, consistent quality, and correctly aligned labels
  • Use proper harvesting techniques to protect quality and optimize yield
  • Follow SOPs and all food safety policies without exception
  • Hit daily production and output targets
  • Keep workspaces clean, orderly, and well supplied
  • Assist with transplanting, system cleaning, and general farm sanitation
  • Operate cleaning tools including motorized floor scrubbers, brooms, and mops
  • Take on additional duties as assigned

What you bring

  • Harvesting or packaging background preferred—not required
  • Clear, respectful communication with leads and teammates
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately

Physical demands

  • Standing for extended periods
  • Frequent bending, lifting, and movement throughout production areas
  • Regularly lift and move 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs
  • Perform cleaning tasks using standard cleaning supplies

Work environment

  • Wet or humid conditions and proximity to moving machinery
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals
  • Moderate to loud noise
  • Required use of PPE
  • Warmer conditions during peak seasons
