What You Might Be Doing (varies by employer):

• Performing oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements on heavy equipment

• Greasing fittings and maintaining lubrication systems

• Conducting inspections and flagging mechanical concerns

• Maintaining accurate service logs and reports

• Operating service trucks for on-site maintenance (some roles)

• Supporting the mechanic team and learning advanced repair skills

What Were Looking For:

• Basic mechanical skills and a willingness to learn
  

• Experience with heavy equipment is a plus, but not always required
  

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments
  

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
  

Pay + Schedule:

• $20-$28/hour, depending on experience and role

• Full-time positions with steady hours
