What You'll Be Doing
- Interact with customers at retail locations and promotional events
- Create positive first impressions through professional and engaging conversations
- Explain products, services, and promotional offers in a clear and informative manner
- Identify customer needs and answer questions confidently
- Support customers through registration, enrollment, or sign-up processes
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer information is entered correctly
- Represent client brands and GLO Wisconsin with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Contribute to individual and team performance objectives
