Sally Ann's is a charming, lively casual dining experience open for breakfast, lunch, and happy hour, with a busy brunch service on the weekends. We're located right in the heart of the Cultural District.

The ideal candidate is a committed leader who is highly organized and hard-working. They have a proven track record of improving operations and developing staff members. They will typically be leading service five nights per week, developing a strong FOH team, and overseeing fiancials and cost of goods.

Experience and Qualifications:

-3+ years in a leadership position of a high volume restaurant
-Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
-Understanding of P&L statements, and ability to budget for bar and other FOH purchases
-Ability to identify and develop talent within the team
-Passion for excellence and superior service standards
-A positive attitude with a teamplayer attitude
-Must be able to bend, stand, and move for entire shift
