Position Summary
- Lead the DFW sales team.
- Grow existing accounts and develop new customers.
- Set market priorities and pursue sales opportunities.
- Deliver against revenue and margin goals.
- Coordinate product recommendations, quotations and customer support.
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Skills / Requirements
- Three to five years of outside sales experience in industrial distribution.
- Sales management experience preferred.
- Hose and pipe industry experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort in industrial settings.
- Strong leadership, organization and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently; college degree preferred.
