We are currently hiring multiple Maintenance Technicians and Electricians across all experience levels to support a large, high volume manufacturing operation.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance experience looking for long term stability and growth.
Compensation
- Pay is based on experience and skill level, with opportunities ranging from entry level technicians to experienced electricians and team leads.
- Entry Level: $21–$25/hr
- Mid Level: $25–$30/hr
- Electricians / Advanced Techs: $29–$34/hr+
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
- Repair motors, conveyors, pumps, and production equipment
- Work with PLCs and control systems (higher level roles)
- Read schematics and technical manuals
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of maintenance or mechanical experience (more for higher levels)
- Electrical experience or troubleshooting ability preferred
- PLC experience is a strong plus
- Ability to work in an industrial / manufacturing environment
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, including weekends
Work Environment
- Industrial food production facility
- Exposure to cold, wet, and fast paced conditions
- Physical role (standing, lifting, moving equipment)
