<p>Clapp Moroney Vucinich Beeman and Scheley is a well-established, 45 years strong, civil defense firm. Several of our attorneys are ABOTA trial attorneys and several have been identified and awarded the title of "Super Lawyers" in the Bay Area.</p>
<p>We are seeking an Associate Attorney for our Pleasanton office to become a part of our team! This position is eligible for hybrid remote work.</p>
<p>​​Ideal Candidate:</p>
<ul>
<li>Must be licensed to practice law in California with some experience in civil litigation, deposition and discovery practice.</li>
<li>Experience in practicing general civil litigation (including personal injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, landlord tenant litigation).</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Will have excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Will enjoy being part of a team</li>
