We are growing and looking to add talented people to our Automotive Accounting team! This is automotive dealership accounting, not traditional corporate accounting. Our roles support day-to-day dealership operations and require a strong understanding of automotive processes, documentation, and transactional workflows.
Whether you bring prior dealership experience or a sold background in automotive office administration and numbers, we're looking for detail-oriented, dependable team members who can thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Possible Roles Include:
Automotive Accounts Payable
Automotive Accounts Receivable
Automotive Billing
Automotive Title Clerk
Key Responsibly (varies by role):
Process automotive-related invoices, payments, and transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle dealership documentation including vehicle deals, titles, registrations, and billing
Maintain and reconcile automotive financial and operational records
Support daily dealership operations through timely and accurate data entry
Communicate with customers, lenders, vendors, and internal dealership teams
Ensure compliance with automotive, state, and company policies
Maintain confidentiality of dealership and customer information
Qualifications:
Previous automotive accounting or dealership office experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
