Belknap Hot Springs in Mc Kenzie Bridge, OR is looking for one front desk agent to join our 20 person strong team. We are located on 59296 N Belknap Springs Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner</li>
<li>Answer and screen phone calls</li>
<li>Lean the RMS/Reservation system to make reservation via phone calls</li>
<li>Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position</li>
<li>Knowledge of computer to learn reservation system</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner</li>
<li>Time-management and organizational skills</li>
</ul>
