Leading Healthcare Company based in Minnesota.
Preference is to able to work on site in Bloomington, MN or Western, WI. Remote available as a secondary option but must live in MN, WI, ND, SD or IA.
We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Pay Rate $50-$65/hr W2
Responsibilities:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Data Operations team within Health Plans by performing manual QA testing
- Work with team to identify and implement automation tools to enhance testing processes
- Transition from manual to automation and regression-based testing
- Contribute to the modernization effort of a 25-year-old application
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and performance standards are met
- Document and track software defects and work with development teams to resolve issues

Experience Requirements:
- Key Technical Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience in QA Testing
- 3-5+ years of experience with Automation testing (UI Path, Selenium, or similar tool)
- 3-5+ years of experience in Regression testing
- Experience testing custom applications and third-party applications
Education Requirements:
- Required Certifications/Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (optional but preferred)
- Relevant certifications in QA or software testing (optional)
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
